Land Location: From Cedar Rapids, NE go 1 mile west on Hwy 56, before the curve continue to go west on 350th Ave another ½ mile. Farm will be on the south side of the road.
General Description: This rolling quarter of land is conveniently located just ½ mile off of Hwy 56 and just 2 miles from Cedar Rapids, NE. Terms: The successful buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with a $100,000 non-refundable down payment to be payable to BigIron Realty Trust Account.
